Shipping policy

Shipping/Delivery Date:
*In order to ensure prompt delivery of your fabulous order, we guarantee to process all in stock items within 1-2 business days and make every attempt to deliver your package within 3-5 business days after it ships from our studio.
* Due to the nature of our custom pieces (Johnny Initial Ring, Johnny Cuff, Charm Necklaces) they will ship within 3-4 weeks of purchase. If you would like to expedite this process it will be an extra $80 and will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of purchase.
*Once your order has been placed and fulfilled you will receive an email with tracking information from one of the following services: USPS, UPS or FEDEX.

When Can I Expect My Package?
*Standard shipping is the most economical option for our customers. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after it ships from the studio. Standard Shipping uses a mix of services and carriers, and is not a guaranteed service. Rural area delivery may take additional time. Kristin Hayes Jewelry makes every attempt to deliver your items within the specified time; however, we are not responsible for any failure to deliver within that time.

What Are The Shipping Restrictions?
*Kristin Hayes Jewelry does not have any shipping restrictions.

Will I have to sign for my package?
*We do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, the driver might decide to ask for a signature, which is at his or her discretion. It is recommended that you choose a secure shipping address to ensure your product is received and delivered in a timely fashion.

What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
*If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your item(s) to us for free – the shipping is on us! Once your return is processed you will be receiving a return shipping label via email to send your items back to our Distribution Center.  We only accept full refunds after two weeks of delivery date.  Store credit after 30 days of delivery date.
