Refund policy

At Kristin Hayes Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not in love with your item(s), we're happy to accept returns or exchanges within the first two weeks of receiving your order for a full refund. Please note that any returns made after this period will be eligible for store credit only.  Any shopping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for mailing the item back. 

Damaged Items: We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Customized Items: Please note that custom-made, stamped, or engraved item(s) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
